The Way Christine Awram Successfully Created a Strong Brand for Women
I recently went to The Tammy Moyer Woman of Worth Awards Gala event that was created by Woman of Worth founder Christine Avram.
I was very honoured to be recognized for the Business & Prosperity category by Dana Smithers of Empowered Women in Business. Furthermore, I was highly gratified to learn that I was among the five finalists in this category!
Although my name was not named to be the winner of this contest, I felt and felt as if I was an award-winning winner.
What is the motivation behind this?
The whole experience Christine creates at and between these events.
Her motto mantra is “all women can be leaders, and every woman is an individual woman of Worth [WOW” and that’s the foundation on which she’s developed an extremely successful brand.
To quote Christine:
“Twelve years ago, it seemed like a dream, and now we’re making a difference in the empowerment of women across the globe. WOW, is a step closer to creating a world that is one where ALL women work together and are strong, prosperous and peaceful? The journey began with a desire to be a part of making a difference.
There were many times that I was unsure and depressed when it was possible for a mistake that needed to be made, I made it, but I maintained the goal in mind and continued to move towards the next step. I’m humbled by the work we’ve achieved as a group. Wow is amazing.
My message to all women”Celebrate your excellence and turn your volume up, up to your management game, and get amazed.”
Through time, Christine has created several single-day workshops and events specifically designed for women. Wow, these activities are truly inspiring! (Pun intended.)
How does she do it?
It’s all about how she’s positioned her company branding.
Brand positioning for business is how an owner of a business appears to others and is seen by their customers. Christine has discovered the ideal branding formula to position herself as an advocate for women.
Are you wondering how she achieved it? Here are six suggestions to duplicate her fantastic success:
Be clear on who you Are and what you are about.
When it comes to creating effective branding for your business, it’s crucial that you know what the basis of your brand is. Make sure you know the way you’d like to stand out before your ideal audience. Be consistent in how you appear to other people in everything you do. Christine is a master at this in every interaction someone has with her. It doesn’t matter if it’s a Facebook post or a visit to the foyer of the event. She’s consistent with her brand message even when she’s sick like she was this weekend!
You must be clear on who makes up your Ideal Target Market.
To build a brand that is successful, You must be clear about who you’d like to be serving. If you don’t have this understanding, you’re throwing spaghetti at the wall in the hope that something sticks long enough to bring in a customer. Knowing what their needs and issues are and the best way to meet their needs is essential to creating your business’s brand. Christine is aware that her ideal customer is young women who want to be part of an online community of women who share the same goals to grow professionally and personally. Christine offers and facilitates opportunities to collaborate, showcase networks, network, build communities and have fun. All of which the people she is targeting are looking for.
Get Passionate About Your Business
Have you ever been to an event at which the person who is in his booth is sitting on a bench, checking their phone and utterly uninterested in the people who were passing by? If someone doesn’t feel engaged in what they’re doing is a bad sign they should not have been doing what they’re doing. If you’re feeling unmotivated in your work, you need to discover ways to bring your passion back or look whether there’s something else to make you feel more focused on your what you’re doing. Christine is highly enthusiastic about the empowerment of women. Every action she takes is done with the aim of supporting women to achieve their goals and goals.
Make use of social media to build a Community.
Social media can be an excellent method of building an entire community of followers. This is an area Christine has perfected. Whatever her schedule is, she’ll find the time to reply to every comment and blog post she’s been featured in. Every. Single. Time. This is the best way to create a solid community through social networks. Create a sense of specialness for people by offering positive reinforcement, appreciation as well as support… the company will reap the many benefits that come from this.
Find Assistance
It’s almost impossible to build a compelling brand for your business by yourself. It truly takes an entire village! As I have a group of highly skilled individuals in my group that are specialists in their particular areas, Christine has also invited people to join her group. Sometimes, getting help doesn’t come through the payment of an employee, but rather, Christine asks volunteers to assist her in exchange for free entry to her events. Additionally, she incorporates sponsorship opportunities to help offset expenses. Her network of collaborators helps her locate excellent guest speakers that she might not have discovered.
Have Fun!
If you’re having a hard time having fun on a regular basis, then it’s time to take a look at what you’re doing. Christine incorporates her love of chocolate and wine in every one of her events as well as social media posts to show off her fun-loving character. As a result, she’s establishing the impression that when you go to an event she hosts, you’re confident that there will be lots of fun.
Everything you do in your business affects your brand’s image. If you’re looking to be seen as a “thought-leader” in a particular area of expertise, try some of Christine’s strategies to help you market your business.
