Being a full-time or even a part-time company requires a strategy, a plan, and the right tools. A lot of tools are needed to stay efficient and organized. As a mompreneur, I am aware of how essential these tools are, and the majority of them are ones I would not be without. Seriously. They help me make my life and work much more organized, and I do not know what you think maintaining my sanity as long as is possible is highly crucial.
If you’ve followed my journey for any amount of time, you will be aware that I am not a big fan of the work-life balance concept. It’s too restrictive and impossible for the majority of mothers trying to balance their lives as well as a family while following their interests. The best tools to combine these aspects of my life are precious. I am very excited to share the top 10 tools each mompreneur must-have for running a successful business and how I earned $6.000 from my coaching business in just seven days to share with you. (Seriously, this isn’t an omen, continue reading!) I’m sure this information will make your motherhood and life a bit more easily while also creating some tremendous growth in your business.
1. WEBSITE
A website can allow you to consolidate all your information into one central place. A web-based space can guide users, increase the value of your website and generate leads for your company. There is no need to shell out a lot of money for the design. I love using Squarespace to host my website.
2. ONLINE CALENDAR
I utilize Calendly to make appointments for clients and keep my schedule all in one place. I am amazed at how simple it was to create my calendar, availability, and calendar. Clients can schedule a time with me online. It will send reminder emails to minimize no-shows and missed appointments. It is possible to see the process here.
There are many other online tools, and if you are a pen-to-paper kind of girl, then that’s awesome. It is essential to find an easy solution that is suitable for your needs.
3. EMAIL SERVICE
When people visit your site, it’s essential to get email leads in order that you can maintain connections with your network. Mailchimp is a fantastic solution, particularly for those just starting out because the first 1,000 subscribers are entirely free. ConvertKit, MailerLite, Aweber, and Constant Contact are excellent solutions as well. I recently switched to ActivCampaign and am still experimenting with the integration between my CRM and email.
4. VIDEO Editing
I am a MAC girl who loves to create videos in my advertising plan. I love using iMovie in editing videos prior to uploading videos to YouTube.
5. CANVA
Canva is an excellent tool to create headers for social media and other images to make your brand’s online presence get a shape. It’s incredibly user-friendly and enjoyable. It’s a great tool to help unleash your creative side or help you discover it. There’s a no-cost option as well, as it also has a Canva For Work option, but only the free version comes with tons of free templates, images, and fonts.
6. BE.LIVE.TV
This is a fantastic Facebook streaming application that lets users interact with their friends and followers via Facebook Live. BeLive lets you broadcast live. BeLive you can live stream with your teammates and friends and produce a professional live stream directly on Facebook Live on your wall or on your page. Stream live video into a BeLive production.
7. BILLING and PAYMENTS
It’s a component of business that is typically not the most enjoyable for anyone. It’s true that we all want to earn money and earn a profit for our efforts and time; however, the process of collecting and billing is not precisely the most exciting part. There are a lot of tools that can simplify this process, such as Fresh Books, SquareUp, and Stripe.
8. VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
You might be looking at this article and thinking, “I don’t have the money to pay a VA at this moment,” but let me assure you. It’s not necessary to shell out thousands of dollars each month to hire someone to help you with a couple of tasks. It’s about analyzing what you’re doing with your time and whether or not it is being used for things that generate revenue. Take a look at your budget and determine what you can manage to. Just an hour per week to create an email newsletter to allow you to schedule another phone call and end the client is a good investment.
I’ve doubled my sales over the last month as a result of my VA since I’m no longer having to spend so much time working on my computer.

I am ecstatic to share one of the best-kept secrets for lead generation. You might be aware that LinkedIn is an excellent opportunity for professionals to connect and connect with other professionals. You may have an account on a LinkedIn page that you rarely visit or go to because you do not know the best way to use it, but what you may not realize is that there’s an excellent lead generator in LinkedIn known as Sales Navigator.
The cost is $80 per month, which is a significant learning curve when it comes to how to use it. The time I did not need to spend, however, I realized how beneficial it could be when I found suitable candidates for my business of coaching. This is how I came across someone who was proficient in using this tool, allowing me to concentrate on my strengths and the areas of my business in which I excel.
In all honesty, I was initially wary regarding outsourcing due to having experienced horror stories and experience with other businesses that outsource and offshore and that the quality of the service decreases. When it came to Jeff as well as VA Staffer, this wasn’t the case. Jeff is incredibly proud of his work, and his staff is as well. Jeff personally checks each employee, making sure that they’re a part of your company and brand.
VA Staffer is providing me with leads, and I’m able to connect with them, which has saved me the arduous task of tracking down leads to work with. The best part of all is that since they’re searching for the kind of services I offer, my efficiency has been awe-inspiring, earning $6,000 in only seven days. It’s a huge investment that’s been worth the cost of growing my company to the next stage.
