Groupthink is the exact opposite of Team and is an extremely powerful thing. This is the place where an organization is highly united and has an extremely strong sense of belonging. But, they’re going towards the OPPOSITE direction from their common goal. The people in this group have a common perception of the working environment and the work they do, which is geared towards preventing achievement and achievement. For this group, success is a negative thing. They defend their beliefs and will snub any person who attempts to disagree with them. They often stereotype and call them an outgroup.
